Art Print of a Leopard in a Tree. In this painting, I focused my attention purely upon the leopard and painted just enough of the tree to explain her position in the branches. It’s quite a difficult balance, knowing how much is enough. This original painting is also available as a new print.

Contrary to popular belief, leopards aren’t often seen sleeping in trees. Preferring to sleep on the ground, they do, however sometimes sleep in trees if they find a suitable branch. This also protects them from other predators like lions and hyenas.
